Role-playing is one of the most effective ways to build the confidence and communication skills needed to present forms, address client concerns, and clearly demonstrate the value of hiring a real estate professional.
This highly interactive class is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where participants can practice real-world scenarios, receive constructive feedback, and sharpen the skills that lead to stronger client relationships and successful transactions.

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our educators, event organizers and staff, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling any registration. If you cannot attend this class/event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20.
