Seller Representative Specialist SRS with Alisha Austin

Course ID: 06116-RECE | 16 Hours CE Credit | Instructor: Alisha Austin | Regardless of how long a real estate agent has been in the business, seller agency has been available and more importantly, it remains the primary focus for agents across the country. However, since the advent of buyer agency and the emphasis on training how to be an effective buyer representative, it has become apparent we can no longer assume seller agents have the same level of effectiveness. The Seller Representative Specialist course is a 16 hour course designed to take a new agent to an accomplished level sooner and an already successful agent to an even higher level of competency. It focuses on the skills necessary to properly represent a property owner, including agency, marketing, and servicing the client.

Time

Via Zoom: Monday and Tuesday, May 18th - 19th, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pricing

$50 for Primary and Secondary Members

$100 for MLS Only

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our educators, event organizers and staff, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling any registration. If you cannot attend this class/event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20.
