Through real-world scenarios, recent policy updates, and a focus on the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing implications, agents will gain the tools to guide clients ethically and transparently. From setting listing timelines to managing appraisal risks, this course ensures that your marketing practices are smart, compliant, and consumer-conscious. ***Course link will come from The Lancaster Institute the day before the class.****
