Course ID: 06212-RECE | 1 Hour CE Credit | Instructor: TSAHC Rep | This session will provide agents valuable information to help their clients with low-cost financing, down payment assistance, and a host of other options available to buyers through programs offered by the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC).

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our educators, event organizers and staff, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling any registration. Please note that registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20.
