Course ID: 39517-RECE | 3 Hours CE Credit | Instructor: Meagan Campion |  This course will provide Texas real estate agents and brokers with a practical understanding of water ownership, regulation, supply, and disclosure issues affecting real property transactions in Texas. The course is designed to help license holders recognize water-related risks, communicate accurate information to consumers, and comply with required disclosures. By improving knowledge of Texas water concepts and governance, license holders will be better equipped to protect the interests of buyers and sellers, reduce misunderstandings, and promote informed consumer decision-making.
