Instructions

After you submit this application, you will receive a series of emails from our Membership Coordinator to help you complete the onboarding process. Additionally, you will receive an invoice that covers your application fee, your prorated annual dues, and your first MLS fees for the quarter, also prorated.

In addition to paying that invoice, you must complete two tasks:

Complete the NAR Code of Ethics training.
Attend the next New Member Orientation, held the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the morning. You can register on our Events page.

If you are coming to us from another Association, you will need to email us a letter of good standing.
