If you are coming to us from another Association, you will need to email us a letter of good standing or upload it with this application.

We look forward to working with you. Please wait to pay your invoice until hearing from the office. We double-check every invoice to be sure your payment properly reflects proration.

New agents will be charged a $100 application fee, new brokers pay $250.

MLS Broker

n order to apply for MLS Broker Access, you must also select Realtor Primary to complete the application.
As the Broker you must also be a member of the WACO Association of Realtors.

MLS Only Broker

In order to apply for MLS Only Broker Access to the MLS you must:

Have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a WAOR member broker or have your own Texas broker license
Have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR

MLS Only Agent

In order to apply for MLS Only Agent Access to MLS you must:

Have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a WAOR member broker or have your own Texas broker license
Have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR

Realtor® Primary

If you are needing access to the MLS you must also select MLS Agent or MLS Broker when applying,

MLS Agent

In order to apply for MLS Agent Access, you must also select Realtor Primary to complete the application.
Your Broker must also be a member of the WACO Association of Realtors.

Realtor® Secondary

In order to join WACO as a secondary member, you must hold a Primary REALTOR® membership with another local board, and provide a letter of good standing.
