Course #39438 | 16 CE Hours This course serves as the core of the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation program. It is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The goal of this course is to set the foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed in the marketplace as buyer's representatives. This course is a fundamental resource for understanding the duties that REALTORS® owe to clients, customers, the public, and fellow REALTORS® as outlined in the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. In each course module you will examine a different topic; together they create a comprehensive guide to help you become an effective, efficient and profitable buyer's representative. • Complete the two-day core designation course. • Complete one of the ABR® elective courses. Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative. • Membership in good standing in REBAC Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions. • REBAC Dues • First year of REBAC membership is free Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC • $110 per year thereafter

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our event organizers and other attendees, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an event registration. If you cannot attend the event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that event registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20. 

Any fee waiver request must be received the same day as the missed or canceled event registration regardless of the time of the event registration (ie., if the event registration was on March 24, the member must message the association on March 24 to request a waiver) A waiver request does not obligate the Waco Association of REALTORS®  to waive the fee. 

As a reminder, the Waco Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for waiving late cancel/no-show fees if a member fails to receive reminders. We uphold our policy to ensure fairness and respect for all members.
