This course will unravel the Role of Agents, Subagents, and Intermediary with assignments and without assignments. Agents will learn how to effectively explain agency to customers to help them understand the choices they have when deciding how to work with brokers and agents. Agents will learn what their roles are when acting as an agent or subagent. They will learn when Intermediary comes in to play and the difference between Intermediary with assignments and without assignments.
