Course 50128 | 3 CE Hours Agents and Brokers have an obligation to represent their clients to the best of their ability. TREC provides the promulgated contracts and addenda. Texas Realtors provided additional supporting forms and addenda. Agents and brokers must be familiar with the forms so that the consumers’ needs, wants and desires are competently addressed in each document. This course will discuss areas that must be completed correctly and ramifications if they are not. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our event organizers and other attendees, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an event registration. If you cannot attend the event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that event registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20. Any fee waiver request must be received the same day as the missed or canceled event registration regardless of the time of the event registration (ie., if the event registration was on March 24, the member must message the association on March 24 to request a waiver) A waiver request does not obligate the Waco Association of REALTORS® to waive the fee. As a reminder, the Waco Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for waiving late cancel/no-show fees if a member fails to receive reminders.
