Course #50756 | 3 CE Hours This course provides students with an understanding of the important issues and clauses common to all commercial sales contracts. It then focuses on the Commercial sales contracts provided by TAR for Improved and Unimproved property transactions, with related forms and addenda. Students are reminded of the requirement to use TREC promulgated forms for one-to-four family, Farm and Ranch, and residential condo sales, as well as the dangers of practicing law without a license. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our event organizers and other attendees, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an event registration. If you cannot attend the event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that event registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20. Any fee waiver request must be received the same day as the missed or canceled event registration regardless of the time of the event registration (ie., if the event registration was on March 24, the member must message the association on March 24 to request a waiver) A waiver request does not obligate the Waco Association of REALTORS® to waive the fee. As a reminder, the Waco Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for waiving late cancel/no-show fees if a member fails to receive reminders.
