Starting March 1, 2026, title companies must collect and report specific information on certain residential real estate transactions under FinCEN’s new Residential Real Estate Reporting Rule. This course explains the Rule and the Bank Secrecy Act, including key definitions, what data must be collected, how it must be reported, and who is responsible for reporting. Participants will learn what information title companies will require from sales agents and their clients, why it’s needed, and how to prepare for the upcoming deadline.
