Agents will learn how to determine a suitable area to prospect, and brainstorm on a marketing plan to cultivate and harvest their new farm. Course 45833 | 2 CE hours In this course, students will learn how to harness the power of Realist Tax to prospect for new business opportunities and customers in residential real estate. Agents will learn basics on how use the platform to build their geographic competency by exploring Realist's research capabilities. The student will advance their learning by pulling niche databases and prospect for new business. Course 46000 | 1 CE Hour This listing appointment is very similar to interviewing for a new job. This course covers how to prepare for the interview with the seller and explore strategies to standout from your competition by managing the conversation, establishing expectations, promoting your value proposition and winning the listing.
