Knowing your forms and the relationship to your client is imperative to fully performing fiduciary duties. This class will review the Texas REALTORS® 2400 and 2500 forms. Course outline Working with clients is much more than just showing them properties. It is providing the forms that best protect and fulfill your clients needs. Staying up to date on all the forms available to you and how they impact your clients is an important part of your responsibility. This class goes through Texas REALTORS® 2400 & 2500 forms. Many of which ALSO have an associated TREC number and are promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. 

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our event organizers and other attendees, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an event registration. If you cannot attend the event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that event registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20. 

Any fee waiver request must be received the same day as the missed or canceled event registration regardless of the time of the event registration (ie., if the event registration was on March 24, the member must message the association on March 24 to request a waiver) A waiver request does not obligate the Waco Association of REALTORS® to waive the fee. As a reminder, the Waco Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for waiving late cancel/no-show fees if a member fails to receive reminders.
