Being able to explain and guide Buyers and Sellers through the 1-4 Family Contract is imperative. Looking out for their best interest and explaining the impact of contingencies, exclusions, option, survey, closing date and much, much more is our fiduciary duty. This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used residential forms you should be able to competently, clearly, and concisely guide your clients through the TXR 1601. Knowing what your specific clients priorities are is imperative to looking out for their best interests.
