The goals of this course are to educate real estate professionals on the following: The real estate market research and valuation tools that consumers can access online. Teach the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM); how they obtain and calculate data and how RPR tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions. Train the real estate professional how to combine their specific expertise with RPR-enhanced MLS data, tools, and reports to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: You must request a refund for class fees in writing, at least two days prior to the class start date. If your request for a refund is less than two days prior to the class start date, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for CE classes. SAE/Qualifying Classes - $25.00. 

No-shows, day-of, or post-class start date refund requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

Bundled classes are not refundable.
