Come for lunch and stay to learn about all things commercial! We will be hosting a commercial panel, moderated by Rick Tullis. Panel members include: Jim Peevey with Reid Peevey, Mike Meadows with Kelly Realtors, and Gregg Glime with Cromwell. Jim Peevey: Jim Peevey is a founding partner of Reid Peevey Company. Jim’s two decades’ experience have made him a top producer in the Waco commercial real estate market. Jim has a long history of helping clients navigate real estate transactions of all sizes. He uses industry expertise and an unparalleled knowledge of Waco’s commercial market to create, develop and ensure the smooth transition of contracts for clients like HEB Grocery, McLennan County, City of Waco, Westdale Properties of America, Waco and Midway ISDs, and Dr. Pepper Bottling Company. Mike Meadows: At Kelly, Realtors, Mr. Meadows' current responsibilities include sales, leasing and consulting of commercial real estate in the central Texas market. Mike works with a variety of clientele including local, regional, and national real estate investors, owners, and tenants. During his tenure at Kelly, Realtors, his transaction activity includes sales and leasing activity in Houston, Dallas, Plano, Bryan/College Station, Ausitn, Temple, Killeen and other central Texas markets. Mike has been 'Top Producer' at Kelly, Realtors from 2003 through 2022. Gregg Glime: After four years of playing baseball for Baylor University and a brief professional baseball career, Gregg returned to Waco and has been a top producer in the Central Texas Market Area for over 10 years. He has represented a broad range of local, institutional, and national clients and his experience spans across many areas of commercial real estate, including: office sales and leasing, industrial sales and leasing, land sales and leasing, and retail sales and leasing. Gregg is experienced in tenant representation, site selection, land acquisition, investment sales and has an extensive background in property valuation and appraisals. Gregg is a member of the Waco Association, Texas Association, National Association of REALTORS®, is a Board Member for the Waco Chamber of Commerce, a member of C-12, and has earned the North Texas CCIM & SIOR designations.
