Course ID: 06381-RECE | 3 Hours CE Credit | Instructor: Alisha Austin | The 89th Texas Legislature addressed several important issues affecting real estate statewide. Related legislation has been signed into law, including SB 2349 (effective Sept, 1, 2025) and SB 1968 (effective Jan. 1, 2026). These bills directly impact consumers and licensees. This course is designed to address these changes to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act and bring awareness to licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic and changing real estate environment.
