Course ID: 06349-RECE |3 Hours CE Credit | Instructor: Angela Ochoa |A contingency is a provision in a real estate contract that specifies the contract would cease to exist upon the occurrence of a certain event. This course will familiarize the agent with the various situations that have contingencies, not just the sale of other properties forms and notices. During this course, we also look at the contract and view the various outs and contingencies that should be satisfied to get to closing.
