Course 48296 | 3 CE Hours This course will cover how to understand and fill out the contract and addendums from both the buyer and seller's perspective, using amendments, handling backup offers, and ensuring you are not practicing law while filling out the contract. The instructor will go through real life examples to provide perspective for better understanding. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Out of respect for our event organizers and other attendees, the Waco Association of REALTORS® has a 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling or canceling an event registration. If you cannot attend the event, contact the association office at least 48 business hours before. Please note that event registrations canceled after the allowed time or no-shows will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $20. Any fee waiver request must be received the same day as the missed or canceled event registration regardless of the time of the event registration (ie., if the event registration was on March 24, the member must message the association on March 24 to request a waiver) A waiver request does not obligate the Waco Association of REALTORS® to waive the fee. As a reminder, the Waco Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for waiving late cancel/no-show fees if a member fails to receive reminders.
