Alan has over 30 years of leadership, organizational and personnel development consulting skills. A self- starter with high business acumen and experienced team player driven to achieve success for the organization through professional growth and the development of others. Alan is excited about the opportunity to help people achieve their financial goals and provide exceptional customer service for their real estate needs. He has extensive hands-on experience buying and selling residential properties. In the early years, he gained significant experience managing residential rental properties in the family business. 
Prior to entering Active Duty, Alan lived in Lewisville, TX (N. Dallas Area) and worked for more than 7 years in the Commercial Finance Industry. Initially hired as a Credit Analyst, specializing in business development and personal loans; he quickly moved from into the automotive finance industry. There he became a Credit Buyer and Account Representative for two of the largest automotive dealerships in Texas before deciding to make the shift from a traditional Reservist role.
