About

Born and raised in Waco, I’ve proudly called this community home for most of my life. Along the way, I’ve also had the opportunity to live in both Temple and Houston, which has given me a deeper appreciation for what makes Central Texas such a special place to call home.

After more than 33 years in the title industry, I followed my passion for helping others and became a licensed Realtor® in 2008. My background allows me to expertly guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and care—especially in today’s fast-moving market.

My approach is rooted in relationships, not transactions. I love helping clients explore their options while building trust and long-term connections along the way. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, downsizing, relocating, or investing, I take pride in offering the same thoughtful service at every stage of life and every income level.

Outside of real estate, I’m blessed to be married to Brad, and we enjoy life in Waco close to our daughter, Brandi and her husband Josh, and our three wonderful grandchildren. When I’m not working, you might find me riding on the back of Brad’s Harley, enjoying dinner out, or spending time with family and friends.

I’m an active member of my church family and Waco Board of Realtors® and I believe strongly in giving back to the community that’s given me so much. My business is built on referrals, and I’d be honored to earn yours by providing the kind of service you’d want to tell others about.
