Lacy was born and raised in Waco. She and her husband are long time business owners and have been involved in real estate since 2002. Lacy has first hand transactional experience in purchasing and selling investment, personal, and commercial properties as well as leasing and tenant relations experience. Lacy also represents clients looking to relocate. She is eager to incorporate her previous real estate knowledge into helping you reach your goals while making sure you are comfortable with the process, regardless of whether you’re a seller or a buyer. She is dedicated to giving clients professional service and honest advice, enabling them to make sound financial decisions in the sale and purchase of a home. Lacy is knowledgeable of interior design trends and home staging tips to offer clients advice when requested. She wants to assist you in making sure your home makes a great first impression to potential buyers.
Lacy graduated from Baylor University in 2002. She was previously an elementary teacher for 17 years. Before leaving education, Lacy wrote and published a book, Makerspaces in School. She currently volunteers on the board for the Bosqueville Excellence in Education Foundation. Lacy and her family attend Journey Christian Community. She has been married to Jim for 19 years. They have two daughters, Brooke (14) and Grace (10). In her spare time, Lacy enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sporting events and extracurricular activities, reading, interior and exterior home improvement projects, and traveling.
