I am Steven Kirkpatrick, hailing from the heart of Central Texas. My journey began at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. Growing up in Killeen, Texas, real estate was more than just a profession—it was a family legacy. As a third-generation real estate professional, I took my first steps into the industry in 1993, working alongside my father in his real estate company.

The roots of my expertise run deep, stemming from my lineage of homebuilders, Texas real estate brokers, and real estate developers. This familial background instilled in me a profound understanding of the industry from an early age.

While my beginnings were in Killeen, my career path led me to explore other vibrant markets. I've ventured into the dynamic landscapes of both the Denver, Colorado Metro area and Southern California, honing my skills and expanding my horizons along the way.

But my journey didn't stop there. I've diversified my professional portfolio, delving into the realms of insurance and financial services. As an insurance agency owner across California, Colorado, and Texas, I've garnered a wealth of practical knowledge and hands-on experience that enriches the service I provide to my clients.
